For example in allergies alone, if a person comes to me (Henry Wright) with allergies, I know instantly without their even going to a doctor, without even any blood tests, that they have a compromised immune system. I know that their immune system is compromised, and it’s not nutritional devaluation. I know their immune system is compromised because of the continual release of cortisol, which destroys the immune system. I know that it wasn’t nutrition that destroyed their immune system, but when they have a compromised immune system, they’re over here at about $1500 to $2000 a month trying to jump start their immune system with nutritional products when in fact it wasn’t even nutritional devaluation that caused their immune system to be broken. It was cortisol. Well nutrition does not stop cortisol drip. So you’ve got cortisol coming in destroying the immune system, and you’ve got all this nutrition you’re trying to get into the bloodstream to rebuild it, but cortisol is destroying every white corpuscle that was ever formed. That what’s behind the allergies, without exception. It is not nutritional devaluation; it is the need to be loved, and there’s a spirit of fear found in 1 John 4:18 that says — There is no fear in love.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love,
1 John 4:18 KJV
If we don’t feel loved in childhood, if we weren’t loved by our fathers or our mothers, if we were emotionally abused, if we were verbally abused, if we were physically abused, sexually abused, or lived in a legalistic environment of control and perfectionism and performance, or if there’s a spirit of fear that comes with us (generationally), then when someone comes to me with allergies, that indicates to me you’re insecure in love. It’s consistent to that all the time.
There’s a pastor in British Columbia who began to practice our principles as a pastor some years ago. When he started, his church had 40% of its attendees with allergies. He called me, and he was excited. They had just done a survey after two years of practicing the principles, and he said, “Pastor you’re going to be excited too. I’m happy to inform you that after two years of applying these principles in our church, we have an allergy-free church.”
How did this pastor’s church become allergy-free? Because of what we see behind the scenes. We don’t feel love like we need to. We are always comparing ourselves to others. We don’t know if God loves us.
I’ve found two areas that are a big problem. One is a state of being, and the other is a state of belonging. These are the two areas that are under attack by the enemy:
- Who am I?
- Why am I here?
This becomes the big battle ground.
